Job summary

EY is seeking an Engineering Administrator to act as the operational backbone of a fast-moving engineering organization. You will remove friction for engineers by handling licenses, procurements, asset management, vendor coordination, and day-to-day administrative tasks to keep the team productive.

The role focuses on onboarding/offboarding, documentation, budgeting, and compliance, in a flexible, hybrid EY environment with emphasis on reliability and proactive issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• 3+ years in an administrative/operations role, ideally supporting a technical team.
• Experience managing recurring processes such as renewals, procurement, budgets, or vendor coordination.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint).
• Proven ability to track multiple workstreams and deadlines with high accuracy.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the software license lifecycle: procuring, renewing, tracking, reallocating, and retiring licenses and SaaS subscriptions.
• Manage vendor and supplier relationships: coordinating quotes, contracts, renewals, and points of contact.
• Handle procurement and purchasing: raising purchase requests and orders, tracking approvals, reconciling invoices.
• Track and support the team’s operational budget: monitoring spend and maintaining records for leadership.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding logistics: accounts, hardware, access requests, tool provisioning, deprovisioning.
