Job summary

Norman Regional is seeking a qualified IT staff member to provide technical support for computer hardware and software to staff across the organization. You will collaborate with department leadership to align project priorities with Norman Regional Health System's strategic objectives.

The role requires maintaining accurate software inventories, and acting as a resource to diagnose whether performance issues arise from knowledge gaps, system limitations, or policy and procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Associate degree preferred.
• 2 years of experience with computer hardware/software, including installation, repair, and troubleshooting; and dealing with LAN and PC network equipment preferred.

Qualifications

Education

• High School Diploma or GED. Associate degree in computer science, or technical certificate in computer related field, preferred

Experience

• Two years of experience with computer hardware, software, including installation, repair, and troubleshooting; and dealing with local area networks and installation of PC network equipment, preferred.

Licensure/Certification

• Two exams are required for this position. First exam is either or CompTia A+ or Microsoft Operating System Exam. Second exam required is an Advanced Microsoft Operating System exam or Manager approved Advanced CompTia exam.
