Warren CAT is seeking a Service Manager to lead and coordinate service operations within the Service Department in Midland, Texas. You will manage daily operations, coach staff, and drive metrics like customer satisfaction, market share, and profitability, while shaping the budget and safety initiatives.

The role requires a bachelor's degree and several years of related experience, with strong budgeting skills and advanced MS Office proficiency.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college with 3+ years' experience.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Budgeting and cost/revenue projection experience.
• Advanced MS Office skills including Excel, Word, Access and PowerPoint.

• Manage daily operations of the service department.
• Coach staff and allocate resources to achieve goals in satisfaction, market share and profitability.
• Lead the annual budgeting process for the service department.
• Ensure contamination control standards in the service department.
• Lead safety initiatives and be accountable for safety performance.
• Review staff reports and data to track on-going work and completion dates.
• Maintain up-to-date communication and scheduling for Service work.
• Manage Work In Process and KPIs for work orders and personnel.
• Oversee career paths and learning plans for department staff.
• Participate in on-call rotation for the service department.
