Job summary

Warren CAT in Odessa, TX is seeking a Service Shop Supervisor to direct and coordinate customer service activities in shop and maintenance operations. You will plan work, assign tasks, handle service calls, and ensure safe, efficient operations that meet customer expectations.

The role requires 4–7 years related experience, hands-on knowledge, and strong communication. You must be flexible for first shift, with potential weekend/evening work to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years related experience or training.
• Hands-on knowledge in most areas of responsibility.
• Ability to read, write, and interpret correspondence, in verbal, written, and diagram form.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to apply independent judgment while working cooperatively.

Responsibilities

• Implement operating policies including hours, duties, scope, shop cleanliness, and estimates.
• Collaborate with PSSR’s and Sales Reps to provide solutions to customer requests.
• Promote a productive work environment across divisions.
• Prepare schedules and assign maintenance and repair duties to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Open/close work orders, handle service calls, and perform on-call duties.
• Ensure safety policies are observed in shop and field.
• Analyze problems and assist workers in solving them.
• Establish effective relationships and support high performance.
• Demonstrate professional behavior and effective communication with internal/external contacts.
• Interact via in-person and phone communications; influence rather than demand.
