Warren CAT is seeking a Regional Service Manager to direct and coordinate customer service activities across multiple sites, installing, servicing, maintaining and repairing Caterpillar equipment.

You will lead region teams, coach Service Managers, develop consistent policies, exchange best practices with Service Operations, and drive safety and quality standards across the organization. This role requires strong communication, leadership, and travel up to 10%.

Competenze

• Experience with Caterpillar product lines.
• Strong communication and consensus-building abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret technical or regulatory materials.
• Proficiency in writing business reports and procedures.
• Ability to present information to managers and clients.
• Travel up to 10% plus ability to manage emotions in challenging situations.
