Digitas Health in the United States seeks an Associate Director, Engagement Strategy who thrives at turning complexity into clarity, and independently leads engagement strategy workstreams from framing to client-ready recommendations.

You will synthesize research, data, audience needs, and channel insights for DTC, HCP, and Patient Services audiences, translating them into actionable journeys and activation plans.

Competenze

• 5–8 years of experience in Engagement Strategy or related field.
• Experience with healthcare audiences (DTC, HCP, Patient Services).
• Ability to translate research into clear recommendations.
• Strong writing, presentation, and storytelling skills.
• Experience leading multiple strategic workstreams with minimal oversight.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled tools and responsible use.

Mansioni

• Lead engagement strategy workstreams from intake through client-ready delivery.
• Develop strategic briefs, POVs, journeys, activation frameworks, and channel recommendations.
• Partner with Data and Analytics to establish KPIs and test plans.
• Communicate insights clearly to clients and internal teams.
• Guide cross-functional teams across Brand Strategy, Data, Creative, Media, CRM, and Tech.
