• Approximately 5 to 8 years of experience in Engagement Strategy, communications planning, customer experience, digital strategy, brand strategy, marketing, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Independently lead assigned engagement strategy workstreams from framing through client-ready recommendations.
• Develop strategic briefs, POVs, audience frameworks, journeys, engagement plans, and activation strategies.
• Collaborate with Data and Analytics teams to set performance indicators and test-and-learn plans.
• Write channel-specific recommendations and socialize them with cross-functional partners.
