Digitas Health is seeking a Manager, Engagement Strategy to elevate strategic thinking with insights and uncover opportunities for healthcare brands. The role requires 5-6 years in social strategy and cross-functional collaboration to deliver work that achieves business goals.

Stay ahead of digital/social platform changes, translate research into actionable guidance for creative and client teams, and contribute to campaigns that drive client outcomes.

Formación

• Minimum 5-6 years of social strategy.
• Agency experience, pharmaceutical experience, or oncology experience preferred.
• BA or BS required.
• Comfort working with social analytics and developing platform and audience insights.
• Excellent relationship management and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead social strategy and support development of multi-channel initiatives.
• Conduct competitive landscape analysis.
• Develop POVs, campaign recommendations, governance, and guidance docs.
• Identify new social/digital trends or channels/platforms.
• Translate insights into actionable guidance for creative and client teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver work that achieves client goals.
• Present and publish work to multiple teams; PowerPoint skills encouraged.
