AimHire is seeking a hands-on Engagement Manager to own client implementations from start to finish. You’ll gather requirements, configure the platform, manage data migrations, and ensure client success post go-live.

The role blends client-facing work with technical and analytical responsibilities, especially in compensation-related HR tech, and involves a hybrid schedule in Orlando and Denver.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in a client-facing role, SaaS or HR tech experience preferred.
• Strong SQL skills and ability to analyze data.
• Familiarity with CRM and project-management tools; proficient in Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Lead client implementations with project plans, timelines, and documentation.
• Configure the platform to meet client needs and manage data migrations.
• Train clients and support them through implementation.
• Resolve complex issues escalated by the support team.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Support for smooth handoffs.
