Senior Implementation Analyst | Engagement Manager

Location: Orlando/Maitland FL 2x a week in office | Denver, CO 2x a week in office

About the Opportunity

AimHire is partnering with an established, cloud-based HR technology company to hire an Engagement Manager. Organizations use the company’s software to manage and automate complex HR processes, especially around employee pay and talent.

The Engagement Manager owns client implementations from start to finish and is their client’s main day-to-day contact. The role is hands‑on: you’ll gather requirements, configure the platform yourself, manage data migrations, and make sure clients succeed long after go‑live. It’s a great fit for someone who combines client‑facing skills with real technical and analytical ability, especially someone with a background in compensation.

What You’ll Do

• Lead client implementations, including project plans, timelines, milestones, and documentation.
• Work with clients to understand their business needs, then configure the platform to meet them.
• Manage the technical side of each project, including data migration, system setup, and integrations with other systems.
• Analyze, clean, and validate client data so it moves into the platform accurately.
• Train clients and support them through implementation.
• Investigate and resolve complex issues escalated by the support team.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Support for smooth handoffs and successful launches.
• Help improve implementation processes to increase efficiency and client satisfaction.

What You’ll Bring

• 2–5 years of experience in a client-facing role, ideally in SaaS or HR technology.
• Strong SQL skills, including writing queries and analyzing and manipulating data.
• Comfort with programming concepts, including reading and writing pseudocode.
• Strong math and analytical skills.
• Project management experience, with the ability to juggle several projects at once.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A track record of building strong client relationships.
• Experience with CRM and project management tools.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace.

• Background in compensation, or experience with compensation or HR systems.
