Job summary

AimHire is seeking an Implementation Analyst for cloud HR software, based in Orlando/Maitland or Denver, with in-office presence twice weekly. You’ll join Professional Services to guide new clients from kickoff to go-live, configure the system, build SQL reports, and ensure smooth rollouts.

The role requires SQL and Google Workspace fluency, a background in IT or compensation analytics, and strong analytical communication skills to translate technical ideas for non-technical clients.

Qualifications

• SQL proficiency and Google Workspace proficiency required.
• 1–2 years in IT/SaaS or compensation analyst experience.
• Understanding of relational database concepts such as joins and normalization.
• Comfort with programming concepts and pseudocode.
• Strong math and analytical skills.
• Ability to explain technical ideas to non-technical clients.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and client-service minded.
• Nice to have CMS experience (WordPress or Drupal).

Responsibilities

• Gather client requirements and configure software to fit each client’s needs.

• Troubleshoot issues and escalate complex cases.

Location: Orlando/Maitland FL 2x a week in office | Denver, CO 2x a week in office

Are you early in your SaaS career, or a Compensation Analyst who wants to move into tech? This could be your next step.

We’re partnering with a cloud software company that helps organizations manage compensation, rewards, and talent. They’re adding an Implementation Analyst to their Professional Services team. You’ll work with a Project Manager to take new clients from kickoff to go-live. You’ll configure the software, build SQL reports, and make sure every rollout goes smoothly.

What You’ll Do

• Gather client requirements and set up the software to fit each client’s needs
• Write SQL reports, analyze data, and handle data migration
• Build and track project plans, timelines, and documentation
• Train clients and support them through implementation
• Troubleshoot implementation issues and work on harder support cases escalated to the team
• Work with Sales, Product Development, and Customer Support
• Help make the implementation process faster and better for clients

What You Bring

• Required: SQL proficiency and Google Workspace proficiency
• Plus one of these:0-1 years at an IT/SaaS software company, or 1-2 years as a Compensation Analyst working on quarterly or annual focal plans
• Understanding of relational database concepts (tables, keys, JOINs, normalization)
• Comfort with programming concepts and pseudo code
• Strong math and analytical skills
• Ability to explain technical ideas to non-technical clients
• Organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about client service
• Nice to have: experience with a CMS such as WordPress or Drupal
