You will guide project teams, develop hypotheses, and surface insights for senior client stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-8+ years of relevant experience in management consulting or similar project-based environments with focus on top-line growth, pricing, and GTM strategy.
• 8+ years for Principals in a similar role at top-tier firms.
• Strong knowledge of pricing, sales, and marketing topics with analytics-driven approaches.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams of consultants on commercial topics including pricing, sales, and marketing.
• Guide the team in developing hypotheses, reviewing client information, and producing deliverables.
• Synthesize findings into presentations and discuss with clients and stakeholders.
• Mentor and develop junior team members and manage project execution and timelines.
• Cultivate client relationships and present to senior audiences including C-Suite executives.
• Support business development through proposals and follow-on opportunities.
