• 5–8+ years of relevant experience in management consulting or similar project-based environments.
• Experience in pricing, sales, or marketing with analytics-driven approaches.
• Knowledge of private equity dynamics and operational frameworks.
• Ability to lead teams and mentor junior staff.
• MBA or similar advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams on commercial topics including pricing, sales, and marketing.
• Develop hypotheses, manage data collection, model creation and analyses; conduct primary and secondary research.
• Synthesize findings into written presentations; review with clients and stakeholders.
• Support Partners with project management, work planning, and junior staff development.
• Cultivate client relationships and present to senior audiences.
• Communicate issues and solutions in formal and informal settings.
• Apply best practice and firm capabilities to deliver successful projects.
• Guide client and team thinking; contribute to business development and follow-on opportunities.
• Guide clients through implementation and change management to ensure adoption.
