Job summary

Oliver Wyman is seeking an Engagement Manager (Principal level) in Private Capital and Commercial Effectiveness. You will lead project teams on post-deal value creation, pricing and GTM due diligence, and work closely with clients across industries, including senior executives and C-suite, to surface actionable insights.

Responsibilities include guiding teams, developing hypotheses, delivering presentations, and supporting business development while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of relevant experience in management consulting or similar
• Strong knowledge of pricing, GTM, and commercial effectiveness
• Proven ability to lead teams and provide mentorship
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead teams on pricing, sales and marketing initiatives; develop hypotheses and analyses
• Guide the consulting team through interviews, data review, and insight generation
• Synthesize findings into client-ready presentations and discussions with senior stakeholders
• Support Partners in project execution, planning, and career development for juniors
• Drive business development, including proposals and follow-on opportunities within accounts
• Guide clients through implementation and change management to ensure measurable impact
