Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-8+ years in management consulting with a focus on private equity or operational improvements.
• Experience leading operational due diligence projects and post-deal value creation initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the execution of project workstreams and ensure timely, accurate delivery.
• Develop and manage hypotheses relevant to operational improvement and value creation.
• Facilitate data collection, modeling, and analysis to inform strategic decisions.
• Build strong client relationships and serve as the primary project contact.
• Lead discussions to review findings and implications for value enhancement.
• Mentor and guide team members and manage project teams effectively.
