Job summary

Veeva is building the industry cloud for Life Sciences and is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead complex, global initiatives across technology, data, and AI. You will reshape operating models, drive organizational change, and measure business value for Life Sciences clients.

You will manage large teams, build executive relationships, oversee budgets above $1M, and contribute to intellectual property and brand-building efforts.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Life Sciences Consulting (Business or Management Consulting preferred).
• Proven track record of managing large project teams and $1M+ engagements.
• Experience in customer engagement strategy, sales and commercial operations, omnichannel, marketing excellence, or medical affairs preferred.
• Highly analytical with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as the end-to-end lead on Veeva’s most complex, large-scale, and global engagements.
• Build and navigate senior customer relationships, leading proposals for significant project wins and driving long-term account strategy.
• Lead and inspire teams of 4+ consultants across multiple projects simultaneously, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Manage project budgets of $1M+, acting as the primary point of contact for project health and commercial success.
• Support brand-building activities and the development of internal IP to keep Veeva Business Consulting at the forefront of the industry.
