Job summary

Veeva is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead complex, global Life Sciences engagements in its Commercial Business Consulting practice. You will drive end-to-end delivery, manage senior relationships, and lead teams of consultants across multiple projects.

You will influence C-suite stakeholders, shape GTM and Omnichannel strategies, and contribute to brand-building and internal IP initiatives. This remote role offers flexibility to work from home or office as needed.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Life Sciences Consulting (Business or Management)
• Proven track record of leading large project teams and $1M+ engagements
• Subject matter expertise in Go-to-Market strategy, Brand Planning, Product Launch, Omnichannel strategy, Segmentation and targeting
• Analytical mindset with ability to influence C-suite stakeholders
• Bachelors degree or higher

Responsibilities

• Act as the end-to-end lead on large, global engagements
• Build and navigate senior customer relationships and drive long-term account strategy
• Lead teams of 4+ consultants across multiple projects
• Manage project budgets of $1M+ and oversee project health and commercial success
• Support brand-building activities and development of internal IP
