Job summary

Akamai's Government Services team is seeking an Engagement Manager II to drive customer success across pre-sales through service delivery for government clients in the US and Canada.

You will lead strategy, build relationships, and manage programs to ensure outcomes, using Akamai's cloud, edge, and security solutions to maximize value while navigating compliance and security requirements. This role supports remote and office-based work with a collaborative, cross-functional team.

Qualifications

• Citizenship in the US is required.
• Must be able to obtain and retain a government clearance.
• Experience consulting processes to drive customer success.
• Experience delivering technical customer projects.
• Strong understanding of network technologies and web performance/security.

Responsibilities

• Strategize to establish key relationships and build a project pipeline.
• Partner with pre-sales to educate customers on Akamai services.
