Job summary
Ippon Technologies USA is seeking an Engagement Manager to own the health, relationship, and growth trajectory of 1–2 strategic accounts. The role blends hands-on billable project leadership with strategic account development, ensuring client success across delivery and expansion.
You will shepherd cross-functional teams, manage budgets and timelines, and unlock new opportunities while maintaining executive-level relationships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of PM experience in a client-facing IT consulting role.
- 3+ years of PM experience supporting technical product roadmaps and strategies.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Claude (Chat, Cowork, Design) for account planning.
- Willingness to travel ~4 trips per year across accounts.
Responsibilities
- Lead billable project/program delivery with strong PM discipline.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and scope.
- Run regular client status meetings and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Identify risks, escalate issues, and optimize resources.
- Drive account growth through relationship-building and opportunity development.
- Support internal alignment and quarterly business reviews.
