Climb is seeking an Engagement Lead to own the health of high-impact client engagements, commercially and operationally. You lead senior pods, orchestrate delivery cadence, and maintain executive sponsorship while protecting margin and driving expansion opportunities.

Our delivery OS supports planning, reporting, and telemetry to enable judgment-driven delivery. You will grow into practice and delivery leadership as you consistently run healthy engagements and expand accounts, with remote-first

Qualificações

• 7+ years in professional services with 3+ years leading consulting engagements with commercial accountability (budget, margin or change-order ownership).
• Track record managing engagement budgets of $500K+ with healthy margins and referenceable clients.
• Working fluency in data and AI delivery; translate technical risk into business terms.

Responsabilidades

• Own engagement P&L: budget, burn, margin, invoicing accuracy from kickoff to close.
• Run the delivery cadence across one to three concurrent engagements.
• Manage day-to-day client relationship with executive sponsors.
• Control scope with commercial discipline: manage change orders and protect margin.
• Surface expansion signals early and shape follow-on scope with the AI Strategist.
• Orchestrate senior pods and remove blockers to meet outcomes.
• Run engagements with Climb’s agentic delivery OS and contribute to platform improvements.
• Contribute lessons from engagements into Climb’s methodology and playbooks.
