Job summary

Intapp is seeking a Manager of Engagement Management to lead the US Eng Manager team within the DealCloud unit. You will coach and develop staff, manage client implementations, and report on project health to senior leadership.

The role requires extensive SaaS delivery experience, strong communication, and proven ability to drive cross-functional collaboration. Hybrid work model and relocation-friendly environment support work-life balance and client success.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience delivering technical projects and programs.
Experience in Professional Services delivering SaaS implementations and knowledge of the SaaS delivery model.
5+ years of experience leading a strong, experienced team of Project Managers and Engagement Support resources.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to collaborate across stakeholders and drive customer outcomes.
Strong attention to detail and experience presenting to senior leadership and managing organizational change.

Responsibilities

Lead the Engagement Manager team (US) within the DealCloud unit, coaching, resourcing, and development.
Advise and support Engagement Managers through client implementation challenges and provide regular leadership reports on accounts and portfolio health.
Collaborate with client-facing teams and participate in steering committees to ensure high-quality delivery.
Monitor project budgets, CRM data accuracy, and ensure controls and risk mitigations are in place.
Personally project manage SaaS engagements (20–30% of the role) to ensure successful outcomes.
