Job summary

Ippon Technologies is hiring an Engagement Manager to own the long-term health, relationship, and growth of 1–2 strategic accounts in a hybrid role based in the Northern Virginia/DC Metro Area and Richmond, VA. You will balance billable project leadership with non-billable growth activities, including expanding engagements and shaping client strategy.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years as a PM in client-facing IT consulting, strong communication, and familiarity with Salesforce and Claude.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of PM experience in client-facing IT consulting.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills; familiarity with Salesforce and Claude.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery as a billable consultant, applying project, program, or product management expertise.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Lead regular client meetings to review status and deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to keep delivery on time and on budget.
• Identify and mitigate risks and escalate issues as needed.
• Build relationships across client organizations with a focus on account growth.
• Maintain account pipeline in Salesforce with realistic stages and forecast.
