Job summary

Infosys seeks an Associate Engagement Manager in the Services vertical to lead client interfaces within the assigned account. You will build an account plan with key relationships and revenue opportunities, and collaborate with partner leaders to drive delivery and sales.

Based in the U.S., you will manage a multi‑million-dollar book of business and shape go‑to‑market strategies. You will lead proposal development, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and ensure commitments to the client are

Qualifications

• Significant business development and project management experience.
• Experience interacting with CXO-level client contacts.
• Experience in the relevant industry/vertical.
• Hands-on proposal creation and leading proposal presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead client relationships and manage the opportunity lifecycle (Prospect-Evaluate-Propose-Close).
• Oversee client delivery assurance and coordinate with delivery partners.
• Collaborate with Delivery Manager to address delivery issues for the client.
• Balance multiple projects and coordinate across delivery managers and resources.
• Drive revenue through go-to-market solutions sponsored by the business unit.
• Work with Solutions Leader to build customized solutions pitches.
• Create and govern the account plan, detailing relationships, opportunities, and forecasts.
• Forecast revenue, identify threats, and adjust strategy accordingly.
• Make pricing decisions within the Master Services Agreement.
• Support pre-sales proposals outside of the current account scope.
• Input for building future alliances with product vendors.
