Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Limited in Huachuca City, AZ is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead client relationships, oversee project delivery, and ensure satisfaction by aligning client needs with TCS capabilities.

You will bridge client requirements with internal teams, manage scope and finances, resolve issues, and drive new opportunities across Banking/FSI, cloud, and security domains.

Qualifications

• 12-15 years IT experience with 5+ years in client-facing service delivery/management
• Experience in Banking/FSI industry
• Strong English communication (spoken & written)

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client contact; understand client goals and build trust
• Orchestrate project plans; manage timelines, resources and deliverables
• Oversee project finances and contract terms
• Address client issues and conflicts promptly
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and tech teams to deliver solutions
• Drive RFI/RFPs and new business opportunities
