Job summary

1898 & Co. in Chicago seeks a Digital Consulting Client Engagement Manager to partner with electric utility clients, understand their challenges, and implement technology-driven solutions that improve operations.

You will drive targeted conversations, build lasting relationships, and lead teams through complex technology system integrations while collaborating with sales and marketing to grow the business footprint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, IT or related field; experience may substitute.
• 7+ years of related experience with consulting to external customers.
• Experience deploying or integrating operational technology platforms for utilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage client relationships to understand needs and drive opportunities.
• Lead client-focused strategies for consulting services and solutions that drive sales.
• Collaborate with partners to execute strategic sales plans and grow services.
• Position services, craft compelling proposals, and respond to RFIs/RFPs.
• Oversee teams in complex technology system integrations for utility clients.
