Job summary

1898 & Co. seeks a Digital Consulting Client Engagement Manager to partner with electric utility clients, understand challenges, and implement technology-driven solutions that improve operations.

You will drive targeted conversations, capture win components, and lead teams through complex technology integrations while working with sales and marketing to expand the business footprint. Location: Chicago with travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, IT or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of related experience with external customers.
• Experience in consulting with technology implementations for utilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage client relationships to understand needs and drive sales.
• Lead client-focused strategies for consulting services and offerings.
• Collaborate with partners to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
• Guide RFIs and RFPs and maintain accurate sales funnel data.
• Partner with sales and marketing to grow the business footprint.
• Lead teams through technology systems integrations for utilities customers.
