Job summary

Indegene seeks an Engagement Lead to drive client-facing engagements in MLR transformation, focusing on AI-powered review automation and modular content workflows. You will anchor discussions with pharma stakeholders, lead workshops, and shape end-to-end transformation roadmaps.

The role requires deep domain expertise, strong communication, and the ability to translate technical concepts into strategic business value.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years in MLR/regulatory review workflows or pharma content lifecycle.
• Strong exposure to global/local MLR models and stakeholder engagement across Medical, Legal, Regulatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead client discussions, workshops, and conferences on MLR transformation and AI adoption.
• Define end-to-end MLR transformation roadmaps and assess current-state gaps.
• Design future-state operating models with automation and modular content reuse.
• Lead solution demos, pilots, and proof-of-value initiatives.
• Translate complex AI concepts into clear business narratives for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure feasibility and guide evolution.
