Job summary

Model ML is seeking an Engagement Manager to own the end-to-end customer outcome: translating client problems into scalable Model ML workflows, running clean operating cadence, and driving adoption through clear governance and communication.

You'll build reusable playbooks, maintain dashboards, track adoption and health metrics, surface risks early, and guide a cross-functional team through trial, conversion, and renewal while ensuring measurable ROI.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in private equity, investment banking, or tier 1 consultancies.
• Able to turn ambiguous client asks into scoped delivery plans and measurable outcomes.
• Strong technical fluency: reason about workflows, data, and failure modes (you do not need to be an engineer, but you must be credible with one).
• Excellent operational hygiene: reliable tracking, documentation, and governance.
• Clear, proactive communicator who escalates early and closes loops.
• Comfortable operating autonomously in a fast-changing environment.
• Willingness to travel within the region as needed.

Responsibilities

• Turn client problems into scalable, measurable workflows.
• Maintain clean tracking across dashboards, hubs, and Notion pages.
• Run a clear delivery plan (owners, dates, dependencies) and surface risks early.
• Build trusted, data-driven relationships; drive ROI and adoption with Engineering and Product.
