Job summary

Model ML is seeking an Engagement Manager to own end-to-end client outcomes, translating complex problems into scalable AI-driven workflows. You will drive governance, cadence, and adoption, partnering with Growth, Engineering, and Product to deliver measurable ROI.

In this fast-paced role, you will manage client relationships, craft delivery plans, and ensure clear communication across senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in private equity, investment banking, or tier 1 consultancies.
• Ability to turn ambiguous client asks into scoped delivery plans and measurable outcomes.
• Strong technical fluency: can reason about workflows, data, and failure modes.
• Excellent operational hygiene: reliable tracking, documentation, and governance.
• Clear, proactive communicator who escalates early and closes loops.
• Comfortable operating autonomously in a fast-changing environment.
• Willingness to travel within the region as needed.

Responsibilities

• Turn client problems into scalable, measurable workflows. Balance client needs with platform constraints; build reusable playbooks and templates.
• Maintain clean tracking across dashboards and Notion pages; surface risks early; deliver with owners and dates.
• Send agendas, capture decisions, publish action logs; communicate trade-offs and blockers early to client and internal teams.
• Build trusted, data-driven client relationships; drive adoption and measure ROI with Engineering and Product.
