Indegene is seeking a MRC (Medical) Operations Lead for US (remote; East Coast preferred). The role covers daily operational oversight of the medical Material Review Committee, triaging materials, and ensuring timely, compliant reviews across the MLR process.

You will optimize governance, drive KPI reporting, and coordinate with Brand/Medical teams, Agencies, and Reviewers while advancing AI-enabled efficiencies and digital tooling.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of relevant operations experience in biotech/pharma, esp. MRC/PRC operations and MLR coordination.
• Experience with medical material review workflows and material quality control.
• Strong understanding of commercial and medical marketing functions in biotech/pharma.
• Working fluency with AI-enabled tools for reporting, forecasting and workflow efficiency.

Responsabilités

• Oversee end-to-end mMRC operations including agenda management, meeting facilitation, workflow routing and QC in Veeva Vault PromoMats.
• Triage materials and progress workflow to ensure review-readiness and protect reviewer time.
• Manage volume projections and capacity planning; coordinate with stakeholders on fluctuations and forecasts.
• Own adherence to SOPs and governance standards for medical material review and compliance tracking.
• Lead operational forums and drive KPI reporting, dashboards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
