Job summary

BOI (Board of Innovation) seeks an AI Engagement Lead to steer enterprise AI transformations from strategy to adoption. You’ll lead complex client engagements, shape AI solutions, and drive delivery across cross-functional teams while cultivating senior stakeholder relationships.

You’ll move from business cases to roadmaps, prototype and deploy AI workflows, and ensure measurable value. This role blends consulting rigor with hands-on AI execution in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience in enterprise client engagements
• Experience taking AI products from problem definition through prototype, build, deployment, or adoption
• Hands-on use of modern AI tools; built workflows, copilots, agents, or automations
• Experience leading significant workstreams or delivering strategy/transformation engagements
• Experience with business cases, roadmaps, operating models, adoption, or change
• Experience contributing to proposal development or engagement scoping

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day delivery of complex AI engagements across multiple workstreams
• Structure work, set priorities, and keep cross-functional teams moving
• Navigate ambiguity and solve problems with pragmatic decisions
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders through workshops and structured delivery
• Stay hands-on in the work while guiding next steps for the client
• Translate business priorities into AI opportunities worth pursuing
• Lead product discovery with client teams and end users to map workflows
• Shape AI products from concept through prototype, build, deployment and adoption
• Define what to build first and what success looks like
• Lead AI engineers, designers, and client teams to align business and technical needs
• Prototype and test ideas using modern AI tools, agents, and automations
• Keep the work grounded in real users and measurable outcomes
• Connect work to the business case, roadmap, and operating changes needed for adoption
• Translate lessons into broader implications for organizational change
• Know when not to build another AI product and bring strategic thinking
