Job summary

Model ML, a fintech AI workflow platform, seeks an Engagement Manager to oversee client relationships and ensure successful delivery of complex projects. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and act as the primary point of contact for strategic communications.

This role focuses on increasing client engagement through tailored demonstrations, workshops, and regular product updates while identifying new business opportunities and driving retention.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience with private equity, investment banks, or tier 1 consultancies is essential.
• Strong academic background from tier 1 institutions.
• MBA is a bonus but not required.
• Excellent communication, organisation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and make autonomous decisions.
• Willingness to travel within the region as needed.

Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management - building and maintaining strong client relationships to understand needs and ensure satisfaction, with a framework to increase client engagement through tutorials, 1:1 meetings, workshops, and product updates.
• Project Coordination - overseeing project planning, execution, and delivery to ensure timely and within-budget completion.
• AI Workflow Creation - build impactful use cases, templates and demos tailored to each customer or firm.
• Team Leadership - leading cross-functional teams, assigning tasks, and ensuring clear communication among team members.
• Stakeholder Communication - acting as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.
• Strategy Development - identifying opportunities for additional business and developing strategies to enhance client engagement and retention.
• Performance Monitoring - tracking project progress, analyzing outcomes, and implementing improvements for future engagements; run weekly customer feedback sessions and develop a framework to prioritise feedback with the engineering team.
