Salesforce, Inc. is seeking an Engagement Delivery Director (HLS) to oversee the most complex Professional Services engagements from advisory to value realization.

You will lead project execution, governance, and executive-level interactions to drive measurable business outcomes. You will shape strategy to maximize customer value, drive adoption of Salesforce technologies, and partner with executive stakeholders to optimize budgets, resources, and timelines while accelerating time-to-value

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience leading multiple workstreams or large enterprise-scale programs.
• 5+ years using/implementing the Salesforce platform.
• Outstanding interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Proven track record delivering large programs with measurable business impact.
• Knowledge of system development, implementation, and operational readiness.
• Ability to establish governance and accountability across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall program and the PM group.
• Drive customer value through executive stakeholder engagement.
• Collaborate with Sales, Success, and Sponsors to align on a single Salesforce approach.
• Advance strategy and delivery roadmaps tailored to customer priorities.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, staffing, and revenue management.
