Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to present information in one-on-one or small group settings to residents and colleagues.
• Prior experience with activities coordination is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead Engage Life programs and engage residents in meaningful activities.
• Plan, organize, and supervise recreational activities with adequate supervision.
• Coordinate parties and events and decorate communities for seasons/holidays.
• Maintain records of activities and resident participation as required by state laws.
• Assist in Bright Beginnings and community census-building initiatives.
• May drive the company vehicle if required by the community.
• Support and participate in additional duties as assigned.
