Job summary

Atria Senior Living - East Northport is seeking a caring team member to lead Engage Life programs and provide engaging, supervised activities for residents. You will help plan events, greet new residents, and foster a welcoming community atmosphere.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED and be able to write simple correspondence as well as communicate effectively with residents and staff. This is a full-time role at our East Northport community.

Qualifications

• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to present information clearly in one-on-one and small group settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead Engage Life programs for residents.
• Offer diversified activities with supervision to residents.
• Develop programs for residents, including those confined to rooms.
• Engage and motivate residents to participate in activities.
• Inform residents about upcoming activities and keep the bulletin board updated.
• Greet new residents and integrate them into activities with peers.
