Job summary

Atria Senior Living is seeking a hands-on Activities Coordinator to lead Engage Life programs and enhance resident engagement in our communities. You will plan and supervise a variety of recreational activities, greet new residents, and coordinate seasonal events to promote an active aging lifestyle.

• High school diploma or GED; three to six months related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Able to write simple correspondence and present information effectively in one-on-one and small group settings.

Responsibilities

• Leads assigned Engage Life programs for residents.
• Plans and facilitates diverse recreational activities with supervision.
• Maintains activity schedules and informs residents of upcoming events.
• Greets new residents and integrates them into activities.
• Assists in planning parties, decorations, and seasonal events.
• Supports census-building initiatives and coordinates with volunteers.
