Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience coordinating, planning, and executing group activities and events.
• Proficient in English communication, verbal and written.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel; comfortable using tablets.

Responsibilities

• Lead Engage Life programs and develop daily, weekly, and monthly plans.
• Engage residents to connect with one another, the community, and local activities.
• Teach and lead exercises and assist with fitness equipment.
• Engage and motivate residents to participate and feel included.
• Welcome new residents and integrate them into activities and communities.
• Prepare and publish a monthly program calendar within deadlines.
• Support Operations in achieving customer satisfaction scores.
• Serve as manager on duty as required.
• Coordinate budgets and supervise Driver positions at the community.
• Assist in recruiting and training volunteers when applicable.
