Job summary

You will handle intake interviews, data entry and coordination with utility vendors. The position requires strong record-keeping, organizational skills, and the ability to work with diverse populations, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of computers and software including OPUS, Access, Word, WordPerfect, and Excel.
• Good communication skills interacting with utilities, the public, staff and partners.
• General knowledge of basic accounting procedures.

Responsibilities

• Attend state program/network meetings as requested by supervisor.
• Maintain excellent records and client files.
• Schedule client intake appointments.
• Conduct energy assistance intake interviews.
• Perform data entry.
• Communicate with utility vendors.
• Work with diverse populations and be able to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Demonstrate problem solving and independent decision making.
• Maintain strong organizational skills.
