Oregon Coast Community Action seeks a Utilities Program Specialist in Coos Bay, OR. The role focuses on energy and water assistance programs, directly helping clients and addressing other needs to promote self-sufficiency.

Carry out program requirements of any assigned energy and water assistance program, with focus on providing assistance directly to clients and assessing and responding to additional client needs to promote self- sufficiency.
