Ideal candidates will have a high-school diploma or GED, at least two years of relevant experience, and a Washington driver’s license with compliant driving history.

Qualifications

  • High-school diploma or GED required.
  • Two years relevant experience preferred.
  • Valid Washington State driver's license and five-year driving history per Auto Insurance Standards.

Responsibilities

  • Provides direct services to clients seeking assistance from Energy Assistance programs, including eligibility determination, education, and information.
  • Provides information and referrals to clients regarding agency programs and other community resources.
  • Performs moderately complex data entry including client information.
  • Advocates for clients to maintain utility service or heating fuel supply in home.
  • Maintains confidentiality of all client data per agency, state, and federal guidelines.
