Job summary

Oregon Coast Community Action is seeking a dedicated Energy and Weatherization Program Assistant to carry out program requirements and provide direct client assistance. You will assess needs and respond to client requests to promote self-sufficiency.

The role requires maintaining accurate records, scheduling intake appointments, and coordinating with utility vendors, with flexibility for evening and weekend work as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of paid experience directly related to the Position Description is required.
• General understanding of the population we serve.

Responsibilities

• Attend state program/network meetings as requested by supervisor.
• Maintain excellent records and client files.
• Schedule client intake appointments.
• Conduct energy assistance intake interviews.
• Communicate with utility vendors.
• Ability to work with diverse people of all ages and backgrounds.
