Job summary

Celonis is seeking a Lead Value Engineer, Energy in New York to architect value programs linking Process Intelligence to energy operations. You will drive end-to-end value journeys, build ROI models, and coordinate with Sales, Services, and executives across Tier-1 energy accounts.

You will guide data-driven transformations, design AI-enabled workflows, and shape multi-year roadmaps delivering measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Energy sector with Consulting background.
• Proven ability to build executive-level business cases and ROI frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategy to operations and map energy value chain to AI-driven use cases.
• Lead value workstreams and present to C-suite.
• Develop multi-year transformation roadmaps and ROI models.
• Facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders and drive pilots.
