Job summary
Leo Berwick is seeking an Energy & Utilities Technology Advisory Manager with strong OT depth to lead technology workstreams across private equity deals. You will design and deliver OT/IT solutions for utilities, power generation, T&D, renewables, and critical infrastructure, translating technical detail into value narratives for Boards and executives.

Qualifications
- 6–12 years in technology advisory, OT/IT consulting, or related leadership roles
- Strong knowledge of private equity transaction lifecycles and carve-outs
- Experience across regulated utilities, power, renewables, and critical infrastructure
Responsibilities
- Lead buy-side and sell-side technology workstreams for OT environments (SCADA, DCS, PLCs, networks).
- Identify technical debt, regulatory exposures, and opportunities to reduce OpEx and improve asset reliability.
- Partner with IT and operations to execute Day 1 readiness plans and drive post-close modernization.
- Produce high-fidelity diagrams of hybrid IT/OT environments.
- Translate OT findings into Board-ready financial narratives and ROI analysis.
- Manage services teams to deliver on time under deal timelines.
