• Experience in AI & Analytics, Digital Transformation, and Grid Modernization.
• Proven track record of building executive client relationships and expanding consulting opportunities.
• Experience across the full business development lifecycle, from opportunity identification through contract negotiations.
• Successful history of developing consulting practices and leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong communication skills tailored to engaging senior utility leaders.

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Energy & Utilities to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

This leadership role will shape growth across the utilities sector by deepening executive relationships, expanding consulting opportunities, and guiding strategic client engagements. The Director will help define market offerings and thought leadership that strengthen the company's presence in a highly specialized industry. This person will also identify capability needs, help recruit top talent, and ensure consulting work is delivered with quality and consistency. The position calls for a seasoned advisor who can bridge business development, delivery oversight, and practice growth in partnership with senior stakeholders.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $225,000 – $250,000 annually
