Job summary

The role leads OT and infrastructure workstreams across the private equity lifecycle, blending IT and OT expertise to assess target environments (SCADA, DCS, PLCs) and to craft Day 1 readiness plans that protect deal value.

You will communicate complex tech concepts to C-suite stakeholders, shape practice offerings, and guide cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Deep OT/IT advisory experience in energy utilities.
• Familiarity with M&A processes and private equity.
• Ability to translate OT findings into financial narratives.

Responsibilities

• Lead tech workstreams across diligence and value creation.
• Architect hybrid IT/OT environments and deliver diagrams.
• Prepare Board-ready materials translating technical findings to EBITDA impact.
