The role spans market strategy, thought leadership, and practice development in partnership with senior stakeholders.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in consulting, deep utilities knowledge, and a proven ability to recruit top talent while delivering high-quality engagements for strategic clients.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in consulting or professional services with leadership in business and technology transformations.
• Deep knowledge of the utilities sector, including regulatory and operational insights.
• Experience in AI & Analytics, Digital Transformation, and Grid Modernization.
• Proven track record of building executive client relationships and expanding consulting opportunities.
• Experience across the full business development lifecycle, from opportunity identification through contract negotiations.
• Successful history of developing consulting practices and leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong communication skills tailored to engaging senior utility leaders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a growth strategy for the utilities practice to strengthen client relationships and increase revenue
• Lead business development efforts to secure new consulting engagements
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop thought leadership and market offerings that enhance the company's market position
• Identify capability gaps and help recruit top talent to scale the practice effectively
• Provide strategic oversight for consulting engagements with a focus on client satisfaction and account growth
• Serve as a senior advisor on key client projects, applying industry expertise to address complex challenges
