Leo Berwick is seeking a Senior Leader (Managing Director or Partner) to build and scale the power, utilities and renewables technology advisory practice. You will lead technology diligence and data & AI value creation for PE sponsors and infrastructure funds, with 10–15+ years of experience in technology consulting, M&A, or operating roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead sector practice building for power, utilities and renewables technology advisory.
• Originate and win engagements with PE sponsors, infrastructure funds, and corporate acquirers.
• Oversee technology diligence, data & AI value creation, and post‑deal technology integration.
