Qualifications
- 10+ years in an analytical role with cross-functional collaboration
- Expertise in financial reporting, forecasting and trend analysis
- Thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- Excellent communication for translating complex financial concepts
- Hands-on experience with Infor ERP and Power BI
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to provide strategic financial analysis for decision-making
- Support development of new products and services through financial modeling and pricing strategies
- Lead annual budgeting and five-year planning processes to align with business objectives
- Challenge and influence business leaders on financial assumptions and key drivers
- Evaluate business performance against strategic objectives and provide actionable insights
- Develop understanding of operations to identify key performance drivers and analytics
- Monitor critical performance metrics to drive informed decision-making
