Job summary

Veregy is seeking a Project Developer I to gather design requirements from clients, develop schematic designs, and prepare cost estimates for building efficiency projects. You will collaborate with Owners, Architects, Engineers, and Subcontractors to outline scopes of work and schedules.

Responsibilities include developing conceptual plans, presenting feasibility analyses, and assisting with final proposal documents and contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction science/management, architecture, engineering or related field.
• EIT/PE path is preferred for this role.
• 0–3 years of experience in construction or energy-related field.

Responsibilities

• Collect design requirements from clients to identify project specifications and budgets.
• Develop schematic designs and floor plans showing scope of work.
• Prepare preliminary cost estimates for general construction improvements.
• Develop conceptual floor plans and elevations for presentation to Owner.
• Coordinate with Owners, Architects, Engineers, Project Team and Subcontractors.
• Assist in assembling final project estimates and scope of work documents.
• Support the final contract preparation and presentation drawings/renderings as needed.
