Veregy is seeking a Project Engineer I in Lawrenceville, NJ to support the Project Leader in identifying and developing ECMs and FIMs for Guaranteed Energy Savings Projects.

You will build relationships with Owners, Architects, Engineers, and Subcontractors; analyze energy consumption and budgets; develop project scopes, costs, and energy savings projections; and assist with bids, schedules, and turnover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field is required.
• Experience with energy projects and feasibility analyses is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication and collaboration skills.

Responsabilités

• Supports Project Leader in ECM/FIM development for guaranteed energy savings projects.
• Builds relationships with Owners, Architects, Engineers, teams and subcontractors.
• Analyzes energy consumption, budgets, and existing conditions to set goals.
• Develops project costs, energy savings projections, and pro formas.
• Leads development timelines, scopes of work, and bid coordination.
